Looking for free affordable health care online? Our caring leaders in Washington D.C. tell us that universal health care is “bad medicine” even though they have universal care. President Bush even vetoed a children’s health care bill.

If that’s not enough to “scare” you, health insurance companies tell us how “dangerous” free health care is! Well, I’m about to give you some “scary tips” on how to get free affordable health care online and free medication from companies!

For free health care try the National Free Clinic Directory and Unite for Sight’s nationwide list of free clinics.

Another great online resource is Find A Health Center. These health centers provide health and dental care to people of all ages, whether or not they have health insurance or the money to pay for health care.

The little known Hill-Burton Free and Reduced Cost Health Care says that some hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities are required to provide a specific amount of free or below cost health care to people unable to pay.

Finally, contact your state medical board, some private doctors provide free health care.

NeedyMeds.com is a great web site that provides information for free prescription medication programs, including state programs.

Also try Partnership for Prescription Assistance and Ed Hayes’ list of indigent (free) prescription programs.

Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you become well, are able to see a doctor for free, do not go broke from medical bills, receive free prescriptions, or become a supporter of universal health care.
