Do you want to watch movies online for free without membership? For shame! You should be paying at least $15 a movie! Okay, well, times are tough, here are some web sites where you can watch free new release movies online, no tricks, no scams, no nothing, just movies. To watch free movies online, I recommend the butter blog movies list and streaming video on Justin.TV.
Here are two of the movie channels on Justin.TV where people can stream movies (or whatever else they want to). There may be other movie channels on Justin.TV as well.

These days you don’t need a TV to watch breaking news (and forget newspapers). Here are some online video news sites that I check for the latest english news and funny news videos.
NewsVideoClip.tv is updated with the latest news, all in video! It works on all computers, unlike CNN, no plug-ins are needed! This web site gathers the best news clips of the day from various sites.
If you like talk shows, TalkBytes posts the best clips of the talk shows: The View, O’Reilly Factor, Tonight Show, Late Show with David letterman, etc., a great way to watch the best moments of talk shows.
Break features lots of “guy humor clips” and news clips that YouTube won’t show, like the hanging of Saddam Hussein.
Ebaum’s World started as a little fun site on the web a few years ago, but has really grown.
It has funny videos, games, pictures, jokes, news and some hilarious prank phone calls!

When people learn that I have written for TV shows like Beavis and Butthead, they often ask me how to find entertainment jobs in the film industry or TV. The best source is the UTA Job List, which has been hard to get… until now. Here’s how to find it!
The UTA Job List has underground listings for Hollywood jobs at talent agencies, film and TV companies, personal assistant jobs to celebrities, etc… I recently ran across a site called I Hate My Life where the web master says:
In addition to asking that guy or girl for the UTA List, I would also recommend calling the talent agencies (HR department) and asking to join their in-house-temp pool. Also, ask them which outside temp agencies they use; that way you double your chances of getting in.
Make sure your computer skills are up to speed and you can roll calls. Do not leave any employment gaps in your one page resume.
I strongly recommend you get a job as an assistant at a talent agency, even if you don’t want to work at a talent agency, it’s the fastest way to make contacts.
I’ve seen so many people come out of big film schools, move to Los Angeles, expect to land a big job, crash and burn a year later and move back to wherever they came from. The problem here is they have an “idea” in their mind of how Hollywood works, but they don’t see how it really works.
If you want success in Hollywood, follow this very simply formula: Contacts = The Job You REALLY Want. That is always the key. Get a job at an agency, start in the mail room if you have to. You’ll make contacts and get the job that you really want: writer, director, producer, development executive, etc…
Also, some good web sites for entertainment jobs in the film and TV industry are: Entertainment Careers, Showbiz Jobs, Mandy’s Film and Television Directory and Myracleworks. Remember, do not pay anyone for a job lead!
And when you make it big in Hollywood, don’t forget me when I come knocking for a job!
