Bio: George Bugatti's Three Crooners
Three classic voices have come together to form a super group of Vegas-style crooners. The talented trio includes George Bugatti, Alistair Tober, and Johnny K.
George Bugatti was born in Brooklyn Heights, NY and studied at the prestigious High School of Performing Arts in New York, then NYU, and later with Stella Adler. Bugatti left New York and headed for California where he was spotted by the legendary Steve Allen while performing at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills .
A fast and furious friendship ensued, and Steve produced George's first album, “Oh, What a Night for Love, The Steve Allen Songbook.” George also developed a friendship with Tony Bennett who coached him, mentored him, and invited George to perform with him in concert in Los Angeles .
George has worked as a featured performer in Las Vegas, recorded a CD at the Bellagio resort entitled: “Bugatti Live on the Strip,” and debuted a headlining show in Atlantic City . George received critical acclaim for his New York City Debut at Carnegie Hall on December 12, 2002 and again on May 14, 2003. As Steve Allen and Tony Bennett took George under their wing, now he is doing the same for Alistair Tober and Johnny K.
Alistair Tober hails from San Pedro, California, and attended the Hamilton Music Academy . He went on to study jazz singing and theatre at the University of Southern California . His touring and regional theatre credits include, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Grease, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Crazy For You, Children of Eden, Sweet Charity, Singin' In The Rain, and the smash hit 80's rock musical, Rock of Ages .
Johnny K began his musical career at the tender age of 4 when he made his stage debut in the musical "Annie Get Your Gun." He went on to perform in other musical productions including "Oliver" and "Anything Goes" and performed with the group: "Kids of the Century."
He began his classical training with the California Boys Choir, performing "Mahler" at the Hollywood Bowl, "Tourandot" with the London Royal Opera during the Olympic Arts Festival, and "Othello," "Tosca," and "La Boheme" with the Los Angeles Opera Company .
